Natural resources and sustainable development - Ressources naturalles et développement durable

Course contents: What kind of link exists between the exploitation of natural resources (land, water, minerals, forests) and sustainable development? This Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) aims to understand the opportunities and challenges involved in the presence of natural resources at local and global levels. You will be analyzing the socioeconomic and ecological effects of the contemporary natural resource rush. This course analyzes the socio-economic and ecological effects of the rush of contemporary natural resources. This allows the participant to gain a better understanding of the links between the land, food and environmental crises. Through analysis of specific case studies, the participant perceives contemporary global dynamics in a different way.
